Cognitive Coaching was born out of a deep-seated passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of modern life. As the founder, my journey began with my own struggles with chronic pain and the search for effective ways to manage it. This led me to explore the realms of Cognitive Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness; becoming a qualified Health Coach and Therapist.
Our approach is 'Cognitively lead and Mindfully enabled.' Combining evidence-based cognitive strategies with mindfulness practices to offer a holistic approach to wellness.
